ARTE e MESTIERI offers to you the opportunity of a full immersion in the genuine Tuscan rustically cuisine. The herbs that we use grow in our kitchen garden and we will make use of season fruits and vegetables for a creative cooking.
We will prepare our dinner together following the traditional Tuscan cooking like homemade pasta, game recipes, fish and delicious cakes. Moreover you will learn how to choose the right wine for every occasion.

We provide to the participants accommodation in fully equipped comfortable apartments or in rooms with private bath. The apartments and the rooms are in the village and have a panoramic terrace or a garden with a fantastic view over the valley. In one week stay we will offer to you four cooking lessons and several guided tours (with an English speaking guide) to the most beautiful historical towns in the surrounding areas and to local farms which produces organic wine, olive oil, ham and other delicacies.

The cooking lessons are led by Annamaria Ciampolini a lady with a long time experience as cooking teacher and private chef. Her assistant Raffaella will take care of you and organise your outdoor activities while your whole stay. Our weekly program includes some excursions which can be eventually modified according to your interests and preferences.

You will spend an unforgettable week in a familiar and relaxed atmosphere feeling like at home.
Our standard arrangement is based upon a one week stay, however we will be glad to provide toy you a tailor made arrangement upon request.
