Apartments "Borgo Creativo"

In the historic center of Montopoli Val d'Arno, 15th century town in the heart of Tuscany, near all the most beautiful art towns of the region, located among wonderful surroundings, Borgo Creativo stands as a group of antique apartments, wisely restored.
They are suited for spending a pleasing vacation near the green of the woods, few hundreds meters away, practicable by bike.

• "Tiffany" apartment, one-roomed for two persons, 30 sq. mt.
• "Mosaico" apartment, three-roomed for 4 persons, 100 sq. mt.
• "Terracotta" apartment, two-roomed for two persons, 50 sq. mt, one room with bathroom.

Villa

A long holm-tree avenue leads up to this classical Tuscan villa with its faded yellow walls and it's numerous blue French windows opening onto an Italian garden shaded by a huge 150 year old plane tree. The interiors have the cool elegance and the austere charm of patrician Tuscany with a large sitting room on the ground floor furnished with the family antiques opening onto the garden. A wooden staircase sweeps up to the upper floors and the most fascinating room in the house - the library. Here too are the guests' bedrooms.

The rooms: 1) A room called the French room - because years ago two french actors lived in it, it has twin beds, very large and elegantly decorated with venitian and florentine furniture, paintings and objects. The bathroom is down the corridor. 2) A room called Piripicchio - a funny name given to a famous clown who was a guest of the Villa, it has a king size bed, the bathroom is down the corridor. 3) A room called the Horse room - as it is decorated with a selection of 18th century equestrian paintings. It has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private entrance. Guests will take their breakfast in the dinning room. Options: English, French and German are spoken. Children under two years of age are free of charge. Infant beds are available if needed. A laundry service is available. Parking on the grounds.
